i think once i get back into studying after my break i may only do 3 hours a day for a week, 4 for another week then bump up to 5 just so i can catch up on sleep and do things i like, because im honestly kind of worried that some health issues i havent had since yr 9 are flaring up due to stress

is this a joke? like are you being srs? didnt you get 99+?
i had my wisdom teeth out so didn’t feel like studying for a bit and then after that i felt like I could only rlly justify studying english which I couldn’t rlly be bothered with tbh

i probably should’ve studied more after trials but i still did fine anyway

Meditation is deadass a game changer especially during these times. even 5 minutes before you study or before bed it helps so much.

I do 15 minutes before my work and sleep, my anxiety and stress Is way better. there's a lot of guided meditations you can find on YouTube as well.

you can really take a month off if you want and still get 99+, but be careful because some people never go back to studying after a long period off
