I was just checking my average marks, and im on about a 60 atar, all my ranks are in between the middle. Would it still be possible to get a 70-75 atar if i do well in the HSC?.

yes. remember, atar calculators use aligned/scaled/moderated marks, not raw marks, so your estimated atar would actually be higher

The carrots mark is not accurate. It's accurate if you rank 1-3 in every subject and have an extremely high assessment mark(above 90s). That thing gives false hope. But don't worry hsc is 50% someone had the same situation as you and got a 90 atar so 70-75 is achievable just lock in lol and forget atar calculators. Edit alignment is not affected by rank or assessment mark, it is accurate lol, but still forgot those they either make you or break you.
