How much of the prelim content should we know for HSC? Its technically assumed knowledge but I havn't done prelim industrial in about a year and I still did pretty well on my trials

this is so late but im pretty sure we need to know all the business structure stuff and the mechanisation, automation, new and emerging tech etc.
prelim industrial tech content in terms of the industry study is almost the exact same thing as the hsc stuff if i remember correctly lmao

Yeh so overall any things in particular in preliminary?
based on the multi nesa syllabus:
1) WHS--> signage (mandatory, fire), PPE especially ergonomics
2)Personal -->industrial relations like your fair work commission and ombudsman type thing
3)Technical factors: Production techniques (mass production, specilisation, automation)
4) Environmental -->resources, limitations (go back to the industry study and see recycling programs multi firms do, the pollutants that emerge from multimedia technology and environmental planning assessment act where firms have to reseach environmental effects of their product)

The Elements of design is mostly asssumed and is really taught to help enhance your major project. i.e. the principles of design can be used to justify and evaluate your design choices
