I think there will probably definitely be an aboriginal cycad seed equilibrium question because they have never done that but other than that i dont know
Its in the syllabus dotpoints so its better to learn it than ignore it just in case !I think there will probably definitely be an aboriginal cycad seed equilibrium question because they have never done that but other than that i dont know
ew module 6? more like modulating my endthere's usually big titration and nmr/mass spec/infrared questions so would probably expect the same this yr?
my teacher said its likely mod 6 will be the focus this year which is horrendous bc its probably my worst module
i slightly enjoyed doing last years paper and was like omg maybe itll be fine after all and then i did 2022 and i got so upset and realised ill be failing chem!Defo a spectra question, also probably an Indigenous based q from mod 5 or 6 + back titration possibly with oxidation/reduction - also expecting a large reaction pathway question + lots of calculations, apparently last year was very easy so its bound to be harder this year
I always found those fun tbhthere's always some mod 8 question where you have to look at nmr/mass spectrum/infrared i think - they either give you a compound and you have to justify it or you have to find the compound (esters or aldehyde/ketone probably since they're a bit harder to narrow down)
thanks champcap its tomorrow good luck pal
I always study it the most, because for others i can generally memorise things but chemistry is one of those subjects that for me at least requires me to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE all the time. Or else i forget absolutely everything and it becomes a bit fruitlessive been doing no chem, its just so far away...
ive been doing no chem, its just so far away...
once you start understanding, chem becomes a bit fun but then you come across a question you just cant do and tears fly outI always study it the most, because for others i can generally memorise things but chemistry is one of those subjects that for me at least requires me to PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE all the time. i love studying for chemistry though. Its so…relaxing…humanities is scary but chemistry is nice to me. Everything is good. And predictable. And you dont overthink anything, it just is what it is. ITS LOVELY.
I STILL DONT KNOW ITI HATE SOAP slash detergents
OH YEAH ABSOLUTELY THOUGH! But once you get through it, it makes so much more sense…i usually have to look at youtube tutorials for those kinds of questions too. Because sometimes i just give uponce you start understanding, chem becomes a bit fun but then you come across a question you just cant do and tears fly out
fr organic chemistry tutor is a life saverOH YEAH ABSOLUTELY THOUGH! But once you get through it, it makes so much more sense…i usually have to look at youtube tutorials for those kinds of questions too. Because sometimes i just give up
it is VERY defeating…
