Definitely expecting a stimulus excerpt question for mod A, my school does Tempest/Hagseed and the pattern tended to be every second year

istg if they specify discursive... imaginative writing is the only thing i have faith in with advanced  my mod a is awful and ts eliot is a pain

i think if mod c isn't just a 20 mark composition they'll do something weird like analysis for 10 marks and composition for 10 marks - my trials had that and it was annoying

i got a 20/20 in one of my internals, then that same discursive got a 17/20 in trials cos i didnt adapt to the question. im just praying (if i can write it) that it fits the stimulus well. Mines about language so theres heaps of links, crossing my fingers

MY PREDICTIONS - hope that i am wrong for everything except mod c

SHORT ANSWER
- Four separate texts with no images. 3 marker, 5 marker, 6 marker, 6 marker (compare) - going to be extremely tough

COMMON MOD
- Question regarding the paradoxes and inconsistencies of a specific human experience.

MODULE A
- Generic module A question. We will be given a quote regarding something centering on the first text, and how they lay the foundations for the second (TO WHAT EXTENT)

MODULE B
- Text specific questions with stimulus from your text. This will be a 'how has it shifted your understanding'.

MODULE C
- Full 20 mark discursive (part of this is me hoping it'll be this)
what made u predict these

legit discursive is the best one, so easy to yap about and make it sound personal and authentic
It's literally so much harder to write imaginative. For discursive, anything you think in your head goes onto the paper. Absolute stream of consciousness. Just gotta chuck in a few techniques and boom. Don't need to worry about plot or characters.

Also nice that you can write a speech if you want, had plenty of practise writing speeches cos of being School Cap.

i think with imaginative everything has to be a metaphor like you can't say anything too literally otherwise you jump straight down to the 13-16 range, its so stupid, like im not capable of making anything like that up on the spot and it be sophisticated and cohesive too
