ALSO GUYS IM REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF i need to share this is a win...i finally found a way to write introductions fast. Granted, it took me 10 minutes the first time around, but they usually take me 20 and i seem to be getting faster. I AM VERY HAPPY.

I found that a really easy way to practice writing introductions fast, is to just answer the question in one or two lines (thesis statement). Coming up with a good thesis was the hardest thing to do in my intro, but I can do it in 3 minutes which is promising. From that thesis, if you can also do topic sentences for your paragraphs in another 5 minutes, it would be a great way to ensure your arguments are sound.

1. ensure your room is cooled sufficiently
2. buy a watch that allows you to track your sleep
3. track the ideal amount of time that you should sleep for - this tends to vary from person to person (hint: 8 hours is vastly different from 8 hrs and 30 mintes)
4. use a pillow with memory foam
5. ensure total darkness and no noise
6. establish a bedtime routine
also don't use your phone for 30 mins before you sleep and ideally don't have it in your room!

There would be overlaps in content like the trapezoidal rule (normal distribution perhaps?
just do maths advanced papers - maths standard questions tend to be quite generic, and ripped straight from various textbooks. the subject itself is not meant to be hard, so you won't be able to find hard questions from there.

i feel like id stress too much over sleep quality that in the end the quality would be worse

nah this is valid, studying with a shit sleep schedule will fuck u over. even changing it now is risky
My sleep schedule was never an issue before, but ever since these holidays, I've been consistently sleeping around 12 and waking up past 8:30 and I just feel tired the whole day. Something must change
