It only applies to advance, as far as I know they cant give us JUST discursive, we always get an option. I may be wrong but that's how its been so faridk if the rumour is js for advanced or applies to us aswell
Yep, apparently this year is the year of the persuasive/discursive, narratives seem highly unlikely this year unfortunatelyWHY ARE PEOPLE SAYING ITS ONLY GOING TO BE A DISCURSIVE DONT SAY THAT GUYS CAN I JUST WRITE AN ANECDOTE FOR THE WHOLE THING
they cant ask us for a specific one cs we're standard, we'll get a creative option trust most likely w a reflection cs they had no reflection last yrYep, apparently this year is the year of the persuasive/discursive, narratives seem highly unlikely this year unfortunately
If they asked a specific one for narrative they can always ask us a specific q for persuasive/discursive i have a strong feelingthey cant ask us for a specific one cs we're standard, we'll get a creative option trust most likely w a reflection cs they had no reflection last yr
These were the prev questions focus for mod ADoes anyone have predictions for mod a (Asian contemporary poems) and mod B (Tale of the curious incident of the dog in the night-time)
I don't think so cs most schools focus on creative, but possibly lets see. if it is persuasive or discursive I'm gonna waterboard myself in the examIf they asked a specific one for narrative they can always ask us a specific q for persuasive/discursive i have a strong feeling
fair enough. I hope NESA is lenient this year and allows a broad option for all modes of textI don't think so cs most schools focus on creative, but possibly lets see. if it is persuasive or discursive I'm gonna waterboard myself in the exam
Interesting. Seems correct. I'll come back and tell you if this is accurate tmrw (hope it is)These were the prev questions focus for mod A
2019: language & culture
2020: culture
2021: language & identity
2022: language & identity
2023: culture and identity
based off this I would say probably language and culture or possibly identity on its own?
honestly just write your creative as an anecdote and then add some cringe meaning at the end... thats the plan if it is the case for me lolI don't think so cs most schools focus on creative, but possibly lets see. if it is persuasive or discursive I'm gonna waterboard myself in the exam
my creative is abt a women mourning her dead husband after war, I don't think I can use it as an anecdote LMAOhonestly just write your creative as an anecdote and then add some cringe meaning at the end... thats the plan if it is the case for me lol
