What did people say for the mc where the sales person asks about cleaning and then tries to sell the product?
I thought it was sugging but apparently the question asked which part of the marking mix it was so it would've been personal selling.

I think I talked about how they used differentiation by using a unique design and hand-making, and unique eurpoean style. i yapped about that then i think i said it can further use differentiation by setting the prices of watch lower than competitors and yapped about that

what were the options for the essays

- Multiple choice was good. I know I made 2/3 errors because I was overthinking things. One of them i changed last second which is annoying but o well
- Short answer was pretty good for the most part? A few things made me think (i.e. 4 mark on visibility etc), but overall short answer was good. Just hope that I contextualised to stimulus enough.
- Didn't like the HR part of the business report. Especially the second point. But even the third I feel like i didnt contextualise enough. But again, o well
- I chose the operations essay which was pretty good. Felt like I was a bit repetitive but theres only so much CSR you can mention wihtout being repetitive so I think that was good.

Yeh it's 1.5:1 because current assets = cash, receivables and inventory whilst CL = payables and overdrafts in that question
