guys help im confuseedddd so for crime right they can ask anythingggg out of the 6 main dot number point things right, could they like soecfically ask for police powers only or what

wait they cant just say to what extent do police powers .......

none of the past paper questions r like that, r u setting me up 😭
i mean they specifically had post sentencing considerations in 2019....

yooo chill im saying its possible cuz it is still under the investigation process dot point but tbh if they did do police powers it would prolly be a discretion centred question

not about police powers but they did have that really specific question in the 2019 paper 'explain how post-sentencing considerations seek to balance community interests and individual rights and freedoms'. HOPEFULLY THEY DONT ASK A QUESTION LIKE THIS AGAIN THOUGH, they've been pretty decent-ish last few years

are you like having lcms for every dotpoint under a subheading, or only 2-3?

how r u studying for it!! do u have like lcms for every dotpoint under a subheading, or only 2-3?

Facts, maybe just start with memorising cases that stood out to you, noting down the topics they cover, and then fill in the blanks from there, or at least that's what im trying to do. I saw someone else on this thread say that young offenders is good to look at cuz it covers all topics in a way

they can be extremely specific; just bail or just post-sentencing or they can be broad like the 6 syllabus areas or 'criminal justice system' or 'processes and institutions'
