yea I'm not too bogged down by it becuz the main science that I absolutely wanted to do was physics [my 1st priority in sub selection actually] and I do have that opportunity fortunately and I do like biology so it kinda works out y'know

Our year was the last where, if you're sibling went to one you could go too

Our year was the last where, if you're sibling went to one you could go too

I don't think this is true. Both my siblings got into Girraween, but I got a rejection four years in a row. Am I just stupid? Inferior?

Lowkey old ass post but you’re probably misunderstanding scaling. A 70 doesn’t become a 20 unless you somehow mean 70/100 hsc goes to 20/100 scaled which is utterly ridiculous

Lowkey old ass post but you’re probably misunderstanding scaling. A 70 doesn’t become a 20 unless you somehow mean 70/100 hsc goes to 20/100 scaled which is utterly ridiculous

the highest atar someonee got with arabic continuers was 96.55 in 2024, and ext was a bit worse

so if we take the contrapositive of this statement which has the same logical value:

"If you do HSC Arabic, then you're aiming for an 85+ ATAR"

what i understand so far is that the letter + superscript shows the number of electrons the subshell/orbital thing can hold. the number in front means the group of which the element is in. The order is taken from the periodic table s,s,p,s,p,s,d...


my questions
why are there shapes/what do they mean? What do the lines mean (like why are they diagonal?)?
