I got 91/100 in legal, which I was really happy with because I staged an epic comeback in my trials. I had a similar problem to you in legal, my knowledge of the content wasnt as good as my analytical skills. However, a strong knowledge of the content isnt really as important as you would think in legal, as it is a very formulaic and simplistic subject when it comes to writing essays and stuff (most of it is common sense and you can bullshit a lot as well). Its no where near as tough as modern.
