You could try searching google for a program that blocks it (http://getcoldturkey.com/ is a good one). People get so distracted by BoS - to be honest, BoS actually helps me with my work.

We no longer perform them - it is a clear policy amongst the team. Just log out for a while cold-turkey. Some discipline goes a long way with the HSC.

With SOR, the syllabus is quite narrow. So for the religious depth studies, I would keep my notes short and simple, but long enough to put together an essay on each point (i.e. significant person, ritual and ethics). With the first topic (Religion in post 1945 Australia), I would probably do some notes on it and then practice some past papers. This is what I did/would do - but as I say, study is about finding what works for you.IdgiWutJust ask her if she needs help to come and PM me on BoSShe needs to see if she can cover everything on time before actual HSC.
