Yeh hopefully my workload gets a bit more manageable. Some nights were so hard to get to sleep lol, but that's probably cause it was holidays the week before.
I do standard english, 4u maths, chem, physics, and engineering studies. They're alright subjects except for engineering which is complete shit haha.
What uni do you go to? and what course are you doing?
So your like 17 or 18 then?
    S
yeh started year 12 this week. It's going alright, just heaps more work than i expected. Probably since i bludged half of my subjects in year 11.
Im guessing your in year 12? Or are you in uni already?
    ahh right I see
USYD.. reminds me of hogwarts :p
i reckon itll be better off going to USYD for arts and law, but for commerce and science it'll be better at UNSW

yeah i know, HSC isn't that bad. its just as long as I can memorize the information required for the exam (especially english), since i got bad memory T_T

what commerce major are you doing?
    Hey there,
Haha no worries your not bothering me at all. I think its definitely worth transferring. The commerce degree at macquarie is very well respected particularly your major that being applied finance. We even have an applied finance/law degree specifically so thats good for you. Our commerce lecturers are amazing, and the degree is really well respected in the industry as many of our graduates go on to get great jobs in the big 4 and banks.

The law degree is also great. We have PAL sessions allow people who have done the subject previously to assist us in the subject for 1hr a week, the law society is great we have alot of social events. Also everyone must do a unit where we go and work for a law firm for a semester, this is compulsory and is great to gain industry experience while at uni. If you have any more questions, dont hesitate to ask.

Btw i live out in western sydney and make the trip to macquarie uni every day, and its really worth it.
Yeah im not that good at it but i do love it, its the only thing that i can study. Yeah because they often stereotype the people there... Uhm ive applied for a B Business and commerce/ B laws and arts as a bit of a back up. See thats the thing prestige does mean so much but through my current lack of studying i have no hopes of getting in usyd or uws and i didn't like the feel of macquarie for some reason but ive also applied for uts. Ahh thats good, but my careers counsellor told me not to do a b of commerce because of the like 4unit maths :s i got freaked out and changed to business but i think i should ask more people if you say its only basic. Thanks for all the advice btw really appreciate it!
Hey :) Man I haven't been on here in ages. So how are things going? You know, I really miss talking to you. We haven't spoken since...I think since last year! How's uni going? What course did you end up getting into? Maybe we should catch up some time...for a coffee or something. Would be nice to see you again.
No i wish i have 8 i do 12 units... its going to kill me.
Really? thats okay is it a good uni? do you like it? I've applied for some courses there. Yeah i can imagine that happening, missing school and stuff, but i think uni will be a good experience and yes i cant wait for the independence!!! Also in regards to your commerce course, is a lot of math involved? xxx
    oh i see
why don't you transfer to UNSW then? if you say it's a great uni xD
AOS is the first english exam...
idk man, just have to see how my other subjects go. maths should be fine, just the rest
Yeah i should start getting into it now, that would be smart but arg it's hard. Yes i'm so excited for the next months to come but if i think about it now i know ill just waste time planing it and dreaming aha. Yeah that sounds really cool what uni are you at? I'm hoping to do a bachelor of business/ bachelor of laws. Except judging by my lack of motivation i highly doubt ill get in... I just want to work for a bit also, travel first maybe but i'm not sure if when i travel if ill ever get back into studying. How's uni life?
my first exam is on the 18th october.. it's english
    GRRRRRRR
where are you doing the commerce/law degree?

    i wanna do B commerce/B science or B commerce (international) @ UNSW
yeah i made this account ages ago but ive just started using it. Yeah its a bit difficult ive kind of given up now but i keep telling myself ill try harder haha. Youve already done your hsc? what are you up to now?
HSC is treating me fine, not stressing because I know that stressing will only do me worse :p
