Yeah, they would have just pointed to the tiny writing on the menu board and gotten the manager if you'd have argued. I hate it too. I went to the one at Charlestown today after my doctors appointment, they let me take stuff off the burger but not add anything- so I just got them as they're made usually. Oh well.
Must try getting them with extra sauce. I LOVE double bacon muffins.
Yeah, our store is pretty damn strict about not letting you grill value picks. It actually says that they can't be altered on the menu boards but I think we're the only store that takes it seriously. Our store manager likes sticking to the rules.
A bit lame. I love the Bacon BBQ cheeses, just wish I could get extra BBQ sauce on them...
