I think they would be more concerned with you overall WAM. Also, if you have improved then it comes off as a good thing. It also really depends on the jobs you are applying for too.

Electrical engineering is what you graduate with. You can do electives related to electronics, power systems, control systems, photonics, telecommunications and signal processing. In the end you still graduate as an electrical engineer. Computer engineering is quite different. It's like 2 years...
