heres the problem with legal.. many of the teachers are terrible at teaching it and, therefore, when they mark your work will have no clue what they are looking for. As easy as the subject is, the level of subjectivity is baffling and you will have many arguments over stupid marking and...

No.. My teachers have said the same thing as cem It is considered responding to the question, hence there acknowledgement in rewriting it. But, thats why they only get 1 mark... not 20
