In the exact same boat right now :S But the trend since the new syllabus has come out has been for one, so that you can provide a more in-depth analysis of two texts as opposed to a superficial one of three, so hopefully they stick with this theory!

It's not that that I have an issue with, because I can relate it quite easily that way. However my teachers said that we shouldn't be looking at the topics so much as the actual syllabus outcomes from these courses, but idk if that's what everyone else is doing too.
