Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

If I wasn't included, our class average would be 45% haha. I'm getting 90+ and everyone else is 40-50, so shit lol, and our assessments are pretty easy tbh (around actual HSC difficulty), compared to like SBHS trials etc.

Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

Chem and Physics is pretty competitive at my school too, only like 12 students in each class.

Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

Well obviously they're best maffs students in the whole grade and by quite a huge margin (top mark of non-4U in 3U was ~70%, lowest mark of 4U in 3U was 85%, in the last assessment), but course average in 4U is still only 60% lol. Kevin and Josh may do well, they're top 3 in all their other...

Who else is still doing extra content for English?

My English class pretty much finished everything last term in preparation for the trials. For the rest of the year we'll just be doing practice essays and creative writings.

Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

lol just because someone does a particular subject doesn't mean they're good at it e.g. if I did English Extension.

Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

Steph, Rachel, Joey, Claudia and you are the only people who I think will do well.

Is there anybody who thinks they have a BAD cohort this year?

With the new leaving age thing how you have to be 17 and over or something, a lot of the people in my grade couldn't drop out in Year 10 so I think my cohort will be crap comparatively.

Does anyone else think we are given way too much time?

    Umm okay just did the 2006 4U HSC. Q1: 15/15 Q2: 15/15 Q3: 15/15 Q4: 15/15 Q5: 10/15 Q6: 13/15 Q7: 13/15 Q8: 15/15 111/120 Took me 3hr 35min, definitely need to work on time management in 4U :S Probably would've scored ~95/120 if I didn't get the extra time.

----- I'm having an issue with part (iv) (2), this is Terry Lee's answer: ----- ----- Now the question is asking for the time taken to return to the surface, equating with D would yield the time taken to reach the maximum height but not the time taken for the whole journey (which...

Does anyone else think we are given way too much time?

Just did the 2009 3U HSC, did it in 1hr 15 mins and got 95%. So yeah, we're given too much time in 3U too I reckon. The only exams I struggle to finish are English and 4U :S

I've just got my hands on some Concerta which is another trade name of Ritalin/Methylphenidate :) Delicious. Don't really need it for trials now but will definitely save it for the HSC.

Does anyone else think we are given way too much time?

For certain exams e.g. Physics and Chemistry. I'm bringing this up because I have my Physics trials in about 6 hours (all-nighters FTW!) and have been cramming past papers all night and have found that I'm finishing these exams much more quickly than the allocated times. 35 minutes to do...
