Changed the thread name, cause the title made me want to claw my eyes out.
Yeah, there's really no need to know what it is, just make better posts, and I'm sure you'll be repped for it. :)
At the very least, these posts no longer talking about the meat should be in the Chatter thread - http://community.boredofstudies.org/showthread.php?t=237504&page=4
Either that or NS. Soz guys.
Re: How do youse get rep powr
Because today's the weekend, and the Admins probably had time today, because they likely work every other day.
Not everything's a ~conspiracy~ theory. :p
Re: How do youse get rep powr
I don't think anyone knows the exact number, but as you've probably ascertained, you can only rep people a limited number of times per 24 hours, and you'll need to rep a certain number of times before you can re-rep a member.
Re: How do youse get rep powr
I guess the rep system was implemented so people would get an indication of who the 'helpful' users were; it wasn't implemented to be a system of circle-jerking.
This is true.
But I think a distinction needs to be made between 'bonus points' and EAS. Not all courses accept 'bonus points'. Most will accept EAS though (to be honest, I think ALL will accept EAS, but I'm not 100% here).
Also, as a blanket statement (ie, not targeted at anyone here), you should be doing state/national sport because you're passionate about it, and thoroughly enjoy it or whatever - not because it gives you an extra 2 ATAR points.
Yes, you will have people fall from the top, as you will have people who shoot to the top (predominantly those smart people who didn't give a fuck from Yrs 7-11).
Yeah, so it all ended out fairly legitimately. As I said, I've no issue with people getting them for legitimate reasons. Of course, people can and will cheat (damn them), but of course, it becomes much more difficult to cheat later on in life.
