Don't even go there lol. The longer and longer the hsc went the less and less I cared, since legal and geo were the last two i practically just gave up...got band fours...probly scrape into what i wanna do at uni... so im alright i guess haha

Band fives are really good! Seriously! Especially good since you were lazy. Don't be lazy in the HSC and you can achieve whatever you want!

Standard English really doesn't scale down.... An 80 in standard contributes more than an 80 in advanced to your atar...according to atar/uai calculators.. it sure was my greatest contributor lol

Any one of those four subjects would be great! Just choose what you think will be best. I'd be more into legal or economics if I were you.

Re: which one? economics,legal studies,society n culture or community n family studie This is getting cliche now, but just do what you like/think you will like. Sure, scaling is something that should be in the back of your mind, but it's not the most important thing.

You will all be ready when the time comes around.:)
