    Legal Studies Predictions

for the crime essay, before going in i aimed for 3-4 paragraphs, stick with a minimum of 3! these paragraphs are just 3 topics. u can use a lot of evidence within these paragraphs but if u have too many topics and concepts then the reader finds it hard to follow what ur talking abt, u lose sight...

    Legal Studies Predictions

just looked at my paper: i also talked about CTP with charge negotiations --> not only encourages cooperation bw offender and court but also reduces amt of resources spent on court procedures by reducing likelihood of prolonging the case, example is R v. Taiseni. but counter argument is that...

For the -600 people who do this subject: Science extension Predictions?

my recommendation is to define all the terms of the question first so u tick off the low band marks straightaway. like if a question asks abt the effect of empiricism u wouldn't just jump right into it, ud define it and outline its origins. also include as many examples as u can! even if they're...

    The 2024 U.S. election thread 🇺🇸 🦅

LMAOOO HELP THIS IS BEING TAKEN SERIOUSLY??? idc if u don't think that harris' and trump's crimes are on the same scale bc u could literally argue the opposite w/ the amt of war crimes harris has contributed to (and so has trump!). and yes if it came to it i wouldn't vote for either of them, id...

    Legal Studies Predictions

I think u can apply it to anything! young offenders, legal aid, diversionary programs, etc 😍 If u get a cjs question like this ull be luckyyyy 🙏
  17. N

    Legal Studies Predictions

U can use judicial discretion in CTP, community interest of holding offender accountable clashes with individual freedom of fair trial and taking into consideration mitigating factors. So community wants to see offender go to jail but offender wants the least jail time possible.

    thoughts on science extension ?

the external is quite hard, ull be lucky to finish the exam tbh. ppl think its not that many questions but each question has specific parts to it, stimuli to analyse, etc. i remember my peers didn't even finish the last question.
