    Redox

So you base which one oxidises/reduces off their standard reduction potentials? How did you know this: H2O2 ------> O2 + 2H+ + 2e- I can't find it on the HSC chemistry datasheet. Also, idk if this is a dumb question but how do you know what part of the compound to choose, like you only took into...

    Redox

Hey guys, I'm so lost on how to do redox reactions. We did em in year 11 and I completely forgot. Say for this titration q: 25 mL of hydrogen peroxide was made up to 250 mL with water, from this solution 25 mL was titrated against 23.45 mL of 0.0200 mol L-1 potassium permanganate solution...

    Help with identifying transformations

Im assuming you mean -1/(4-2x) + 2, which has 4-2x on the denominator and + 2 by itself. If thats the case, the original 1/x can be reflected upon the y axis hence: 1/-x, then horizontally dilated by a factor of 1/2 hence: 1/-2x, then translated right 2 hence 1/(4-2x) --> it helps to write the...

    Angle reflection identities

Yeah, your first task is usually the lightest in weighting, and you still got more internals to come. The mark you get is actually irrelevant apart from the fact that it gives your ranks for school. If you ranked well in your first assessment your on track to 99. Don't sweat the actual marks...

    Angle reflection identities

I wouldn't memorise any of them, if you've done transformations you understand the general way of translating and dilating a function.

    Pls Help

    |u| = √2 |w| and |v| = √3 |w| |u|^2 = 2|w|^2 and |v|^2 = 3|w|^2 hence: 2|w|^2 + 3|w|^2 - |w|^2 = 4|w|^2 not sure how you got 1 as your numerator shouldn't it be 2?

    2023 ATAR/HSC Marks

Hey guys, I got 98 in math adv and 46 in e1 early (accelerated). Im already set for e2, so my advanced mark doesn't matter, but should I redo e1 for a better score?? Would a 47-48 be that much of a difference to my atar?
