Canberra Grammar student here. They guy who topped chem wasn't even rank 1 in internals. Also we have had some reasonable results before in SDD, chinese, and latin but thanks to english advanced we're well down the tables - a band 6 is so rare that anyone who gets one is revered as a saint.
