Find the equation of the locus of a point that moves so its distance from the line 3x+4y+5=0 is always 4 units. What I gather from the question is, we need to use the distance formula (somehow) with that line, and make it equal to 4, but I am not sure.

I'm still not 100% sure but hopefully I can just get to UoW. :)

I don't think that is the case, probably just how the lines worked out. A girl I know is doing 4 majors.

I didn't go well in prelim but it doesn't mean I don't know what I'm talking about. Definitely get all your homework due done once you get home, maybe you could then summarise what you did in class that day into note form ready for studying when required. There isn't really a set time limit.

Only really lacking in one other subject, but I went better in it than engineering anyway. I got like 80% and 65% in 2 others, with no study, so I'm fine with those I believe, and I just didn't prepare for English, but that doesn't matter as it'll count regardless. I'm not going to get any...

I really want to drop Engineering Studies and I most likely will anyway, but I just wanted a few opinions first. Is there really any point keeping engineering studies as a "2 unit buffer" in case I screw another exam when I'm going to do horribly in the engineering exam anyway (24% in prelim.)...
