    History year 10 elective

In my elective history this year we studied heroes and villains through history, specific personalities were Richard the Lionheart, Napoleon bonaparte, Jack the Ripper and Stalin. Pretty awesome topics for an elective class I believe. Last year for my elective history we looked at death and...

Wyndham College Collegiate for Seven Hills High, Quakers and Riverstone

This is the probably the reason why there are little, if no books in the library for specific topics, because people borrow them all, once they recieve assessment tasks. Thus perhaps the school should restrict the quantity of books borrowed by a person.

Who is afraid they won't get their subjects?

This is what my school does, and it isn't a private school. Basically we have just completed a survey, and we have upcoming interviews and during this process some poor person is creating next years lines, to best fit in everyone's first choices. Honestly I think this is a good idea, however it...

    The Tomorrow Series

I really enjoyed this series, I thought it was very well written with amazing characters and an interesting plot. About after the 5th book, I stated to feel that it did become a bit repetitive, however I have read the series mutliple times, so it can't be that bad. Honestley I feel that you...

Wyndham College Collegiate for Seven Hills High, Quakers and Riverstone

7-12. So yeah high school teacher, but that could change to 11-12 as basically I am sick of the immature years 7-9. No respect what so ever, I can't remember being that bad in year 7. Like these younger ones, just ram into older grades and treat teachers like absolute crap . . .

    best (and worst) exam moments

Oh for my half yearlies this year, one of the teachers who were supervising (really funny teacher, sarcastic and picks on me) sat right at the front corner. I was the person first row first column, and she was like full on making funny faces and watching me, trying to put me off the exam. Just...

Wyndham College Collegiate for Seven Hills High, Quakers and Riverstone

Hehe, yeah I'm preparing my self for some serious biased teachers on Monday. There is like no chance of me picking physics anyway lol, I havn't got the mathematical mind you see. I just have to decide between biology or chemistry. Glad to hear Ancient isn't too difficult. Are you guys still...

Prerequisites for Undergraduate Bachelor of Education

Woah sounds exactly like me =). My goal after school is to go to university, get a degree in Bachelor of education and arts, to become a History/english teacher. I was extrememly concerned about the prerequisites as I also hate math, and do not plan to study any two units whilst in years 11 and...

How are you enjoying year 10?

Yeah, I'm liking it, but I can't help but look forward to year 11 and 12. I am pretty sick of some of my subjects like maths, including certain teachers. I just can't wait to be on a different campus, with new teachers, people, etc. Haha more geography haters, I luckily don't have to do this...

    copy cat.

Perhaps you should start to keep your ideas to yourself, or at least the ones you're real keen on. You could always talk to her also, share your thoughts and maybe she will beome more inventive for her own assessment ideas. I completely understand where you're coming from :)
