physics doesnt scale well!! i think its possibly the worst scaling out of physics, chem and bio! (if i remeber correctly - dont hurt me!! :p)

if i were you, id complete a course at tafe which would lead meinto the major at uni that i wanted to do... or do distance ed and apply for an equity scholarship or whatever? hope this helps! get well soon

Hey guys, just wondering what your reasons for doing physics are... the only reason im doing it is because i need it for uni - otherwise i dont like it enough just to pick it up as another subject. just curious...

heh i would have liked USYD but i couldnt find anything - they really have to get a new system for naming their rooms and buildings - use numbers instead of words perhaps... i liked the sound of the course at USYD but im set on going to UTS - plus i actually like that its closer together... i...

were using VB - we did logo in yr 10 and a bit in yr 11 - that was fun :D

not yet - im going to very soon tho... im not sure if im going to apply for scholarships anywhere else... i might for sydney uni what about you? what else are you putting into your preferances?

lol thats awesome. are you going to the infoday this saturday? they dont have specific engineering subjects but they have general info on engineering at UTS.

I was the only one at my school that picked IPT so it didnt run :( i had to do chem instead - dropped it as soon as i started yr 12

its kinda annoying cos we had really bad teachers in yr 9 and 10 for IST and that made our class of about 25 mostly hate the subject, so we only got 9 in yr 11 and 6 in yr 12... it'd be a good subject if some half decent teachers taught it and the content wasnt so boring... *shrug* :)

i reckon any1 that wants to do engineering with technology wud b doing it... i hate that theyre on the same day!! the even share an option topic (age of silicon + the software developers view of the hardware) - not that im doing either of those options, but still...

hehe i think all SDD teachers are useless because we grew up at the peak of technology and they're all too old(even if they're only 10 yrs older than us) to teach a technology based subject to our generation. my teacher may have effectivley taught us 10% of the course at most and we taugt...

hehe we only have one class with 6 students

hehe yeah... when we were doing reading time i saw it and i told the examiner people, but they were old ladys with no idea about software so they were like "are you sure theres no question there?" and i was like"yeah...?" so she said just leave it and before we got our test back our teacher gave...

i got my software major back today. 100% :D if i didnt get it i would have been very annoyed cos i spent the week and a half before the half week before trials getting all of my proper graphics and writing the major part of my program cos the person who was going to do my graphics only told me...

lol aiming for full marks... why aim for anything less? im EXPECTING to get about 75+/84 for 3u and 90+/120 for 4u
