Crazy biology teacher: Should I drop? HELP!!?

Well, at least IT may be a little bit difficult but you clearly have an awesome teacher who actually cares about you and your results, and is willing to put in the effort to help you achieve. It sucks that your Biology teacher is unwilling to diversify her teaching methods to suit the student...

Crazy biology teacher: Should I drop? HELP!!?

Try looking for a Biology textbook that follows the syllabus? Maybe ask someone who just finished the course if there any really good textbooks they would recommend. That way, you'll have notes under syllabus dot points. I know that's how they work for humanities subjects most of the time (I'm...

Crazy biology teacher: Should I drop? HELP!!?

Get the syllabus and basically teach yourself? OR, you could possibly get a tutor/another Biology teacher to help you out if you are really struggling. Even if you aren't, second opinions can be invaluable in terms of study or going over assessments. You shouldn't have to drop a subject...

    More than one short story?

^ Btw, I think "sustained" just means it makes constant links, or is linked, to each story. Doesn't require one long composition.

    More than one short story?

You can do multiple stories, so long as they link with a common theme/motif or something like that. As long as it's within the word count, and has relation to Advanced/Extension courses, I don't think it matters? Regardless, I'm doing 3 linked by a singular protagonist :)

    After The Bomb 2012

I'm studying Plath, Catch-22 & Waiting for Godot. To be honest, I don't mind Plath's work. I came first in my cohort for EE1 Prelim; I'm hoping I'll be able to keep my rank, however, I still am a bit apprehensive. So far, so good though.

    History Extension

I would love the project, we did something similar in Modern this year where we spent 5 weeks teaching ourselves a modern conflict of our choosing. I did Kosovo and Serbia, and I absolutely loved the independent learning, and studying something of your own choice. The History Coordinator at my...

    History Extension

So, just wondering if anyone has made the decision to pick up History Extension? Or, if they're like me and are still undecided on whether or not it would be worthwhile.

Is it too much to be doing ancient history and modern history ?

It's only too much if you make it too much. If you enjoy those subjects, and are willing to put in the work, you will be fine. Ultimately, nothing will be an 'easy' subject, you have to have the motivation to put in effort regardless of the content. I did both for prelim, and I'm still living :)
