You have to look at which group you belong to, then try and see from another group's perspective. If say you are a "nerd", you have to then try to understand how and why the perspective of the "rebel" group differ from your own.

You don't have to answer the communication questions at the HSC exam. You can answer one of the other electives that you have studied via tuition or that you have taught yourself. But you must do the assessments at school for communication.

Your teacher usually picks which elective the class will do, as they know what resources (for the experiments etc) are available at the school. Generall a teach will have a whole class doing the same topic. It doesn't really work to have half doing one topic and half doing another because of...

Use past papers from other schools, such as those on the Main Resource page for Biology. Pick out the ones that you have learned, because half yearlies contains the same type of question as the trials.

See? Society and Culture Exams are all the same. I did those type of questions back in 2003. The syllabus is really short so you can pretty much predict what they are going to ask you :) keep up the good work everyone!
