    you've never had raw eggs in a shake? i couldn't drink them on their own (I could but why you would ever choose to is beyond me) you can't even taste them because my WPI is delicious and the berries etc (so good)

    you know i'm kfnmpah, right? if it's post workout, i'll ust have WPI if it's breakfast, i'll have 3 eggs, 1/2 serve WPI, massive handful of spinach, frozen berries all blended up with enough water for it to blend but not be too runny (i.e. so i can eat it with a spoon)

    that's why I don't really eat red meat, as well. I just buy free range/organic salmon and white fish. ok so you're saying that if i don't eat carbs I can drink ~1 bottle of red wine a week and I'll still be able to lose body fat if I keep training i love wine.

    um, die mate, they are my go to drinks. Gin and tonic Savignon Blanc Vodka, lime and water. I drink less than once a month, anyway, so w/e.
