I just scraped 100/105 for the trial, I'm hoping for around similar this time round :3 Probably won't unless assumed I lost all my marks in paper II and got 45/45 for paper I, OR I only lost 1-2 marks for mod B.

I think I ended up saying something about how the individual's sense of belonging is complicated through cultural shifts or whatever. I kind of sat on the fence as to whether he belonged or not.

Bloody hell my two were "What Mystery Pervades a Well" and "I Had Been Hungry All The Years"... the latter fitted okay, the first with the whole Nature angle I found a little harder to adapt.

Well you already know you've lost 6 marks. Will probably lose a fair few on the creative, though if you answered the other components of the stimulus (connections to community, etc.) it may not affect you too much? Idk man, no matter what happens at least it's over. I don't think you'll fail...

Seemed to suit my generic essay alright, had to do a bit of last minute touching up though thanks to Emily Dickinson's poetry generally being annoying as fuck.

I used text 1 for the 6 marker. Seemed pretty straightforward, was able to write about 2 pages on it. :) Text 3 though... man, I had no idea what to say. =/ Made up something about the French Culture wtf.

I've never been told by any of my teachers to include a title. One of which was a senior marker.. Just my two cents.

Used the 2nd one as the other 2 didn't fit at all. I used it as a quote; "My little world started blah blah blah", Schoenberg had said, over 10 years ago. And then reverted back to 3rd person like y'all knew I would. I think I only used the words "community" and "belonging" once, ended up...

More prepared than trials. And yeah I know about HSC expectations I totally wanted to end up state ranking for Advanced at the end of Y11 lol how naive I was. bahahahahah.

Was a little thrown off by 1) lack of explicitly mentioning the word "belonging" 2) all the short responses being 3 marks 3) the essay question in general But I think it went alright, hope I wrote enough :)
