For geometry, last part. I just said how tangents from an external point X are equal (SX=CX), thus SX must be a tangent. And T is collinear with X, therefore ST is tangent. Still get that 1 mark yeh?
5 is definitely D. Pair them up, to make 6! ways. Then x by 2! (=2) since C and L can be in any order. Also 11fii) multiples of 4.
For 14biii), I actually found no angles that worked simultaneously for both. Question problem, or what? Test out your values of theta and see if they satisfy both...

15b)
i) real coefficients - roots in conjugates
II) just factorise
ii) for there to be a real root, z-k=0 and kz-1=0 simultaneously. therefore, k = 1 or -1; sub this value in
iv) product of roots; modulus^4 = 1. and they all have equal modulus. therefore = 1
v) use sum of roots
vi) no idea...
I was hoping that would be the case for someone. I just don't know what to talk about for the change management strategies; that's whats killing me. Chapman's business textbook kind of gives strategies, but they aren't in enough depth that you would need for a business report.
