Dude my anxiety has become so bad I went back to meditation im just ready to be freed

probably 1.5/2 weeks to be honest, ive jus become so tired and i seriously need to catch up on sleep and recharge so i actually have a will to keep going. im just tired asf and all i feel like doing is going on my phone HAHA

I liked blurting and making handwritten summary sheet, found that it stuck in my brain heaps more however I do essay-based/content heavy subjects so take this as u wish:)
