yeah u can apply, but u have to do it through UAC. so it basically depends on the demand for the course, aswell as ur mark at tafe, and im pretty sure they take ur uai into account aswell...

basically all i wanna do at uni is comp science, so i applied for that at unsw, syd and put down some other related kinda courses like science in IT @ uts ...

basically our teacher sed doing a structured walkthrough is just as good as a 'desk check' i dont really know why they are 2 diff things :S but yeah make sure u test: - legal + expected - illegal + expected - legal + unexpected

ur right there smallcattle ... my teacher sed the questions were basically written for us in past exams ?!?!?! but the only similar things are like scenario q's on implementing and dev methods.... but from what i can see, they have actually gotten easier since 2001, so i hope that pattern...

nah i know exactly what u mean ... after i walk out of sdd exams i realise what a waste of time studying the sylabus points was ... some of it came in handy, but a great deal of it all was practical ...but i guess thats the thing, u cant predict what theory is going to be asked, so u haveta...
