you could substitute avocado for butter its much healthier and the taste is not bad.

take powernaps then drink a cup of tea or something with caffeine then start what you need to do you will feel more refreshed after having a nap and something to drink

On last years muck up day a guy in yr 12 got hold of the microphone through the school and sung What A Wonderful World in the same style it was funny hahaha
