omg thats so true. I have some fancy schmancy lecturers with higher degrees from harvard, yale, cornell etc etc and they can't teach a concept to save their life. Intelligence is one thing but the gift for teaching is a completely different story.

umm yeah of course. Why wouldnt it? Unless, the lecturer (unit coordinator or whatever) says explicitly otherwise, I would assume everything needs to be studied. Of course, not everything can be tested but the point is that everything CAN be tested.
haha although that 40% doesnt sound right, I doubt its far from that (from my experience anyway.) half of the people i have met (and befriended) are full fee int students lol
