seriously in need of motivation.... my finals start next thursday and so far i've done nothing except buy the new sims 2 game and been playing that all day and watching idol. It's not fair what the hell is wrong with me last year I had all my notes ready and typed and got Hds and credits...

i think my degree is pretty cruisy.. especially psychology subjects... i actually think arts subjects are a lot harder than marketing and statistics... (i've done them both) .... there's a lot more involved and really hard to get HDs in, whereas with marketing and statistics is possible but...

At the start of the year and when I was in year 12, i thought mannn anyone that fails a subject at uni, must not be made for it or are dumb, can't handle it.... in a nutshell i basically thought failing a subject at uni was a reflection of your ability. But just going through uni for one...

yeh thats what i did in first semester, i thought first semester was a blast compared to how it is now (2nd semester)...... here's a tip DON'T DO EXTERNAL SUBJECTS! u miss out on the "uni experience" last year i'de be in the bar or hanging out at da back between classes...... now my social life...

my first day of uni was soo freaking boring ...... don't expect uni to be exciting or anything ...... have low expectations and u'll have fun lol that was my mistake, i thought uni would be too much like the uni's in america... it's nothing at all like that!

another thing about macquarie the frickken library during exam time! Its bloody packed and you spend about 30 minutes trying to find a seat that hasn't been taken... eg you don't get the choice of where you sit! arrggh, theres even people sitting on the floor just to study omg! Bloody hell...

some lecturer guy from uni .. said the uai is only lower because we offer a lot more places for commerce/economic type degrees.

do tafe as a stepping stone into uni... more affordable.. college is like 12 grand a year or something... not even uni cost that much ... uni is more like 4000 a year or something and plus you can still get your advanced diploma and all dat stuff at tafe... and tafe is only like 700 or...
