    Urgent Help: Industrial Chem Prac

STFU ok? I've almost had to teach myself the entire chem course out of a textbook because our teacher probably only addressed a fifth of the course in class, and we don't have any notes... it's not my fault that we didn't do a first hand investigation. Not to mention that I wasted days...

Important question about the test itself

It depends on the question... if we need to, the question will explicitly state it I would imagine.

    Soap

We half filled two test tubes with water, and then added 2cm of vegetable oil. We added soap flakes to one test tube and put stoppers on both and shook them up. We then let the test tubes sit. In the one which had soap flakes added an emulsion was formed, while in the one without soap flakes...

    Australian Idol

Shannon isn't that great a singer... I can't believe the judges don't criticize him for his flat notes... also his face is really boring when he sings, he isn't good performance wise. I don't like guy that much, but he should win. I thought Cosima and Paulini were better than both the guys...

    Post HSC exam depression

Same here. I feel like the whole past 12 months has amounted to a couple of stupid exams and I've blown a lot by not doing well enough. I feel like just because I came first in nearly all my internals, all that work means nothing because I'm not doing well enough in the exam, and the exam...

    Modern History Notes For Sale

Year 11's, I'm putting my notes for free on BOS... I reckon it's not worth buying notes. Buy study guides, yes, but other people's notes are really difficult to understand at times. I came first in my year at my school too, and my teacher wrote a textbook on one of the topics we studied, but I...

Did I just sit a Bio exam?

Exactly my point. It's not fair for those that knew the syllabus thoughrally and could have sat a test 10 times as difficult. I put in the hours, and for what? To answer questions that didn't require study to answer? I could have spent the many hours I spent studying for Bio yesterday to...

Did I just sit a Bio exam?

Be nice if they told us before the exam. As for the rote learners, that is true, but I still think there should have been more stuff that required bio knowledge, I studied a lotta stuff for this test and barely any was in it!
