    Tbh, I got 18/20 by just using a case study and linking it back to the syllabus then to the question. I don't believe that you need to get into such detail.

    Like by judging purely from this exam, with the visual images, and scenarios. It's either you got it or don't especially for this exam. Allows them to rule in better candidates I guess.
