I finished y11 ranked 48/104 or something, and then in year 12 after 2 tasks i am 21/78. I agree in disliking english and it being a requirement. Hopefully you get common texts for HSC and then you can find plenty of exemplars to read and base your essay style on which should help.

Just the content. I think up to 30% (correct me if I’m wrong) of the hsc exam can be from prelim topics.

I could be wrong, but from what I remember, ANKI is like $40 on the app store but is free via their website and on the google play store.

I think my old school has 21 or something year 12 total. Maths and English advanced started with 10 and dropped to like 6 or 7 after prelims, probably lower

I have ATAR notes+ so I have access to summaries for all of my subjects including engineering studies. I read through sections of it and it’s stuff we don’t even mention in class. I have the units that I can drop it if I want to but I appreciate the tip on trying to memorise that stuff early.

I'd want MX2 like a day later and then engineering studies a day later. I definitely will need the time but I think I'll realise that too late and way too close to the exam for comfort. The week gap will be nice to study but a little more spread would've been nice
