    Option 1 - Industrial Chemistry

    I did no emulstion experiment in class but just said we tryed and observed mayonase - emulsion of oil in water. The properties such as aesthetics, structure and taste is wat made it suitable as a food. not much of i idea really.

    OK fashista the thing i wrote up is on quantivly measuring changes in equilibrium not modeling it. I copied this straight out of John Mu's chem summary, all credit to him identify data, plan and perform a first-hand investigation to model an equilibrium reaction A person walking backwards...

    Theres a great prac written up on modelling equilibrium in 2002 standards package that I am goin to use becasue yeah ours didnt go to flash either. Ok so the equilibrium is between NO3 and N2O4 was prepared by getting a flask and putting solid copper in it and a solution of HNO3 around it...

    Its a fairly simple question, its to do with the CASSA 2004 trial Q23. it says there is 0.1% sulfur in the coal in the and 10million kgs is burnt in the Q... which is 1.0 x 10^10g right? in the solutions to get the mass of S the multiply the (1.0 x 10^10)g by 0.01% and get (1 x 10^6). I...

    well wat are the environmental issues with the Contact process then. i dont remember learning any, is it in the syllabus? i remember with conact is similar to haber process and need to be monitered and controlled like haber process but not environmental stuff mmm, might need to look into that.
