Blank space, definitely. Unchecked boxes - I can't answer. I don't know the process. Hopefully there's a clerical process that checks, but those boxes are important.

Here's a tip -- remember quotes from your short texts (poems, speeches, etc.) and make up the rest of your quotes :p

Did anyone do the cubic question with the inequality like this, or was that just me? b^2 - 3ac < 0 \iff \left(\frac{b}{a}\right)^2 - 3 \frac{c}{a} < 0\\(\alpha+\beta+\gamma)^2 - 3(\alpha\beta + \alpha\gamma+\beta\gamma) < 0\\\frac12(\alpha-\beta)^2 + \frac12(\alpha-\gamma)^2 +...

Your external mark depends on the mark you get in the hsc exam. Your internal mark depends on your internal rank, your cohort's highest external mark, lowest external mark, and average external mark. Your HSC mark is the average of those two.

I found it easier than previous years, to be honest. Lots of questions felt like they had lengthy algebra, but didn't require too much thinking.

I could not be happier Some of the questions felt a bit awkward to answer, (looking at you, messy partial fractions question!), but over all there was no question that I felt was "too hard". I even did the circle geo question, but I feel like it would've been nicer to split that into 2 or 3...

I did composition. You should choose depending on your strengths and interests. :)

I understand all of it but I just don't "see" it in any of the graphs I always end up doing 3 page proofs because I can't see how any of the theorems fit in so I prove everything from the basics
