Well... I want to get into speech pathology. I want to do a speech pathology degree at UQ, for a variety of reasons which I will not go into now. I'm not going to get the 95ish UAI required. I do, however, have much better chances of getting into arts. And thats what I intend to do. I figure I...
I want to go to UQ, and I want to stay on campus... and I'm not going to let the costs stop me! Its going to be hard to scrape up the money... I get youth allowance, but I'm not sure how far thats going to go. (but maybe my 1 in 11 chance at the $10,000 a year auscott scholarship that has to be...
If I was ever going to get a band 6 in any subject, that subject was going to be geography. Come on, geo! Don't let me down! Sigh. Has anyone else noticed that the more time goes on, the more mistakes you 'remember' making? At this rate, by the time the results come out, I'll have convinced...
meh05, I have a friend looking at doing primary teaching at UNE. As for me, I want to get into speech pathology at UQ, but thats not going to happen, so second choice is BA at UQ, 3rd choice BSc at UQ, 4th choice is BCommunications at UQ, and failing all that, BA at UNE. If I don't get into any...
We were told to wear uniform. Everyone wears at least the school shirt, most people wear the skirt/shorts as well. Its a comfortable uniform, and I would probably wear it even if we didn't have to. It gets me in the I'm-at-school-ready-to-do-an-exam mode.
I did almost the same thing, except i wrote in the 13th year. I'm kicking myself -- when I read the question I said to myself, "right, the'yre asking for a specific year. remember to write the actual year". and did i? no. I just wrote "final repayment in the 13th year". I'm positive that all my...
So, the supervisors at my school have a box full of little cardboard squares, used for the purpose of supporting the legs of wobbly tables. The fact that they are perfect little squares, and they come in a box, made me think they might be from the good people at the Board of Studies. Did my...
As it became apparent that my section 3 essay was going to be 8 pages long, i started writing really big, just so I could stretch it into another booklet. I used about 4 lines in the second booklet. I did just so I could get a piece of string.
This is what I did today (i'm calling it study, to make myself feel better): found my three essays with the highest marks, one from each module, and copied them out, in the hope of better remembering those ideas that got me the marks in the first place, but that I couldn't seem to remember in...
I picked the lets-save-the-trees-and-recycle option, before i realized that i too will will be giving them to my brother, whos sitting the hsc next year. Forget this keep the best business, he can have them all, I can't be bothered sorting them out!
Ok, thanks crystalmeth for posting the questions, now I remember what I put:
1d, 2c, 3a, 4a, 5b, 6b, 7b, 8c (wrong, I realize that now), 9c, 10b, 11c, 12a, 13d, 14b?, 15b? (can't remember the last 2).
Not that anyone really cares...
I guess it would be so they can have the markers specialised in one section. Keep all the sections together. And that way, the same markers are marking everyones papers. Keep it fair, that sort of thing.
