I got B Arts at ANU. Bit of a surprise.

I doubt all collages at UNSW are full, just two days ago I got a surprise phone call from Shalom offering me a place there. What really surprised me about the phone call was I didnt get an offer at UNSW in the first place. So yeah ring up housing at UNSW I'm sure they could help. But in the end...

That not what I got told today by centrelink. Apparently if you have to tavel over 90 minutes you may be considered for the independent rate. I can not get youth allowance but I still maybe considered for the independent rate due to the fact I will have to travel over three hours to get to uni.

Well I said $5000 (so that would be the first reason why I worked it out to be more expensive) for 40 weeks on campus which worked out to be $125 a week, then plus food however much. And the place I've got is costing me $75 a week for a year so its like $3750 then plus food and electricity water...

At the moment I dont get youth allowance due to parents making too much. however i live 3 hours away from uni, do you think I could get that leaving 90 mins away or not?

What part of youth allowance is that called?

I also had trouble getting on the forums. I just waited and kept trying and finally it worked. You worked it out to be cheaper on campus? I worked it out to be the other way. How did you work it out?

I've tried getting on to the forums from my csu but it wont let me saying I'm not a member. It lets me in mycsu just not the forums. Any ideas?

I didnt apply because I'm thinking of going off campus and finding someone to share with, but I know you cant be considered in the ballot untill you pay the fees.

I just sent all my forms and that. I've already recieved my log in details but I got them before I accepted. As for the rest of the enrolment ie timetables etc I've got no clue hoping they send something explaining after they recieve our accpetances.
