    On the mkv/kv thing, it depends on what the question describes the term to represent. I've seen questions when they said the resistive FORCE is kv^2, therefor the mass m is incorperated in kv^2.

    10 or 12 units?

    12 Units most definitely. Everyone says 12 vs 10 is give and take of time vs back up... They are wrong. You spend the same time on each sunject with 12 units as 10 units. Only in a higher comfort zone.
