if u get below 90 aligned mark in gen math for hsc, u'll get scaled down really badly....
96 in hsc is very diff. from 96 in school. although if u get 96 or above in gen math in hsc , scaling wont' effect u that much, mind u , that's 0.6% in the whole state for gen math

my advise is always try to remain focused... remove all distractions from the room, like pc + radio + tv etc...
u need to keep urself motivated...like i stuck pieces of paper with my aims like "uai aim", "marks that i aimed for in each subject" etc... near my study desk...

very surprising results, mostly in a positive way.
expected low 80s for chem, got 91
expected near 100 for math, but got 96..
but overall very happy with results

I can guarantee you a very tough game coz i can easily beat superstar level teams by 10 to 15 points usually. I bet i will beat you easily, unless lagging drastically effects my game...

i wud say intially "method of elimination" works best in mc questions, by the end of ur course, u shud have done so many mc questions that u can easily see the answer. But , nonetheless there are always tricky qs, so "method of elimnatination" still remains useful. I wud say don't spend more...

the key to hsc success is CONSISTENCY, u gotta keep studying thruout the yr, u can't just cram the wholecourse in a few weeks. i would recommend this:
TERM1 and 2
4-5hrs+ on weekdays (but take a break as well, say fri)
6-7hrs + on weekends
TERM 3,4,break period after trials and before...
