i answered the question fine thanks, cause i read the rubric, which states that for the last question in crim, students must research a variety of issues which test the effectiveness of the legal system. so :P and i think ill be happy with my results thanks.

IT didn't say treatment of OFFENDERS, it said treatment of adults and juveniles, therefore it was asking also, about the treatment of all personal involde in the crimnal justice system including the victim and their role, as only being a tool of the prosecution. if u focused solely on offenders...

i heard, from TIm DIXON, that legal studies isnt cut off, if ur final scaled mark is above 90 then u get a band 6. he said either 5 people could get it in a year or 500 peoples.
