Hey! i just noticed the Food Tech forums were looking a little lonely and was wondering what everyone got for their HSC marks for Food Tech?? I got 95 ( which was also my exam & assessment mark - top 10 in state...YAY) which im pretty happy with & 2 other ppl from my school got band 6's which...

89 - didnt memorise essays, altho kinda had the AOS one stuck in my head beause of its similarity to our trial n 1/2 yrly questions... Our teachers made a big point all year of saying not to memorise essays because too many ppl dont adapt them to the question and just write essays off the...

the Comm n Media Studies course at Wgong is also being offered now as an option with Law for the first time in 2004 ( for a double degree, which is my first preference)..I dont think that would affect the cut-off in any way but meh, i dunno.

Hsc mark is top mark i think. i got 97,( i came in top 10) Ms 12 said she got 98 but missed out on first ..( check out the legal forum)so maybe 99ish?

Extension 1 maths & 1 unit of 2u maths..Kinda knew that would happen all year neways.

illawarra sports high - 98.8

UAI:97.8 ( our dux was 98.8) - illawarra sports HIgh school ( non selctive public)...we had three with uai of over 96 this year which may not seem gr8 in comparison to some of the other schools around but our year was the best they've had in aaaaaaaaaaaages!...YAY!

So what happens to us unfortunate non Sydney ppl? if anyones got the SMH can u please let me kno who the top ppl in legal studies were? much appreciated!
