Hi I have an induction question.... The pattern starts out 3+8+15+24+.....n(n+2) = [n(n+1)(2n+7)] / 6 (all over 6) I got to the 2nd step of substituting k+1 for n but get stuck there Any help would be great thanks....

does anyone else find induction completely pointless or is just me? its so boring to study anyone else have 3u maths tests coming up soon?
