i've piled on about 5kgs since i stopped going to martial arts classes in August 08. my weight up until the trials was about 70kg. after that, i wasn't eating properly and lacked sleep, and lost that 5kgs (by the end of hsc)

asthma as a result of martial arts, i have recurring knee and leg injuries: torn my harmstring a few times rolled ankle hyperextended my left knee torn a muscle or ligament close to the knee tendon problems of both knees & right elbow almost tore my right pectoral muscle lower back...
