    School uses Cambridge HSC Legal Studies. I have a personal copy of Excel HSC Legal. I like both of the books :)

    Prac teacher looking for LS teaching advice

    - find some funny/weird cases which you could link to public and private law. and ask the students to match the cases with either public/private law - find some videos it wasnt very interesting when i learnt it. just textbook reading if i remember correctly:sleep:

    business textbook question

    Do both. Dot Point sometimes makes a question too specific, so answer the questions which your school has covered. Answer the questions without notes. The ones you cant answer, use your notes to answer them

    The Prelim one is "coming soon" according to the 2nd page of the hsc business studies book. Try the textbook questions, and ask your teacher for past papers from last year.

    HUMAN RIGHTS ASSESSMENT: The Issue of Slavery

    The UN has established: - UN Declaration of Human Rights (Legal) - International Labour Organisation (Non-legal) - UN.GIFT for effectiveness you'll have to go over each one and assess if they are effective or not. talk about the principle of state sovereignty etc

    Excel Study Guides

    I like the study guides for business studies and legal studies. the maths ones (3U/4U) arent too brilliant, the pages are cramped up with writing.. i'd rather read from another textbook

    Year 11 Preliminary LEGAL STUDIES - MEDIA FILE / RESEARCH TASK

    Look for cases that set precedents for future cases. An example could be The Queen v Tang [2008] HCA 39 (28 August 2008), a case which defined the meaning of human trafficking and slavery. i think thats right hope it helps :)
